We design and manufacture bespoke hydraulic systems, from the very basic to complex electro hydraulic systems. Since we always have our clients’ interests in mind, our designs aim to reduce costs and increase system efficiency as a priority.

Filters
Since 80% of hydraulic failures are caused by contamination, we believe good filter technology is essential to protect your assets.
MGR is the industrial distributor for Donaldson – a premium and trusted brand of filter. This gives us access to a range of cost-saving assemblies, elements and accessories. Their Triboguard range of replacement filters for Pall, Parker, Fairey, Hydac and Schroeder has been developed to increase system up-time, since the increased dirt-holding capacity and pressure drop mean that filters will not need to be changed as often. Filter Trolleys
Oil stored in barrels is not considered clean enough to put straight into the majority of hydraulic systems. Cleanliness of the oil is a key factor in maintaining hydraulic system reliability, so whether you need to put new oil into a system or maintain the cleanliness of the existing oil, a modular filter trolley could be the answer.
The MGR Fluid Power filter trolley has been designed to meet the challenges of controlling contamination in both hydraulic and lubrication systems. It can be used for either transferring oil to systems, ensuring it is clean before use, or it can be used as a fluid conditioning unit for off-line filtering. The design is modular so it is easy to increase the flow rate or change the filter media at very little cost. We have designed the trolley with the end user in mind. The result is a reliable system, with a reasonable flow rate so that oil transfer time is minimised, and a range of available filter media for a wide range of systems.
Fittings
We stock a wide range of BSP and metric compression fittings, which means we can provide a next day delivery service for a number of parts. We also supply other types of fittings such as NPT, SAE or JIC, and we specialise in test fittings such as blanking caps or plugs and hydraulic test point fittings.
